Independence
Editorial decisions about what to cover, how to review a product and what to conclude are made by our editorial team. Brands, manufacturers, advertisers and affiliate partners have no say over our coverage, ratings or opinions.
Sourcing
- Our reporting starts from primary sources: company newsrooms, official documentation, regulatory filings and public data. We link to them.
- A press-release wire (such as PR Newswire or Business Wire) is a distribution channel, not a primary source by itself. We identify the company that issued the statement.
- When we learn of a story from another outlet, we verify it independently. If the other outlet’s reporting is exclusive, we credit it.
- We use at most two sources per article, and we choose the strongest.
Rumors and leaks
Unofficial information is labeled as a rumor or leak in the headline and in the article, and we explain how credible it is.
Original value
We do not publish translations or rewrites of other publications. Each article adds context, comparison, verified specifications or analysis.
Use of artificial intelligence
We use AI tools to support research, translation and drafting. A person reviews, checks and edits every article before publication, and we are accountable for it. We do not publish unreviewed AI output, and we do not use AI to invent quotes, sources, test results or author biographies.
Reviews and review units
Products loaned or given to us for review are tested in everyday use. Loaned units are returned or disclosed. We say when a product was provided by the manufacturer. Ratings are never sold or negotiated.
Images
We use images only when we have the right to do so: official press images with documented terms, licensed images or our own. We credit the source.
